"I have been a client of Kathy Chambers' State Farm Agency since moving to Idaho in 2015, and have found their office to be responsive, quick to resolve any questions/issues, and reasonable in their rates. We've never had the personal service she provides. She has annual catch up meetings which are super informative. We've never been offered that before. When they're scheduled, you think.... do I really need to go? Then as we walk away from the meeting, we are soooo glad we went. We know more about our insurance than we ever have and it's actually comforting. She also uses those meetings to answer questions, whether they be general insurance questions or super personalized issues.
